Talk to the studio
Tell us about a studio build, a workflow that needs untangling, an archive that needs governing or a live date that needs a steady hand. Beezknees Media Limited replies to every serious enquiry.
What happens when you get in touch
Every enquiry reaches an engineer rather than a sales queue. When your message arrives we read the brief, note the systems involved, and reply with either a clarifying question or a proposed next step. If the work fits our practice we will offer a short call, followed by a site or systems walkthrough where one is useful. From there we produce a written proposal that sets out the scope, the stages, the risks and the expected effort.
If the work does not sit within our six disciplines, we will say so plainly and, where we can, point you toward someone better suited. Beezknees Media Limited would rather decline early than take on a project it cannot engineer well. For live events we ask for the venue and the programme as early as possible, because rehearsal time is the single biggest factor in how calm the event night will be.

Questions we are asked before a project starts
Do you work outside Hong Kong?
Yes. Beezknees Media Limited is based in Wan Chai and regularly engineers systems for clients across the wider region. Remote design and remote commissioning are both possible, and site attendance is scheduled around the stages that need a physical presence.
Can you take over a system another team installed?
Often, yes. We begin with an audit of the existing documentation, cabling and configuration, then we tell you plainly what can be reused and what should be rebuilt. A partial migration is a normal and healthy way to improve a system without discarding working equipment.
How early should we contact you before a live event?
As early as the venue and the programme are known. The more time we have to test temporary racks and rehearse recovery procedures, the calmer the event night will be. For large productions we prefer several weeks of preparation rather than several days.
